You can grill in both ovens too, which is great news if you have a large meal to create. Induction hob The Professional+ 60 has an induction hob, with four zones for your pots and pans. There are 9 power levels, which gives you loads of control over the heat of the zones. The dial controls on the front of the cooker are easy to use, and there's even a boost mode that's perfect when you want to get water boiling quickly. Easy cleaning Catalytic side liners mean that cleaning the oven is easy. There's no hard scrubbing - dirt and grime are broken down by the liners, which means you just need to wipe them down.
