EWF is an alarm system based on the DAB+ broadcast network, which in the event of a disaster sends warning messages barrier-free and within seconds to EWF-capable DAB+ radios. The radios switch to alarm mode either from the current program or from standby mode and warn the listener of a possible danger.*UPnP, Bluetooth and USB enable music to be played from external devices.
